“People do not win people fights. Lawyers do.” — Norman Ralph Augustine

Alison understands that each and every case will change the life of my clients, and she takes that responsibility very seriously. Her goal is to help people when they come to our office; to work towards making your situation better and helping you through the legal process. She is personally involved with every client at all stages of representation. Alison works diligently to ensure that her clients stay informed about their case, and to keep open lines of communication. She wants her clients to feel that they can contact her with questions or other concerns at any point during their case.

She decided that she wanted to be an attorney when she was four years old. Already, it was clear that her abysmal hand-eye coordination ruled out professional athlete or ninja. Alison loved to talk and wanted to fight for the underdogs. She framed the rest of her education around that goal and graduated from the University of Kentucky with her bachelor’s degree in Political Science as well as her Juris Doctor.

In April 2021, Alison and theBruce Bentley, Attorney At Law team merged with Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer and became a Member of the firm.
